  • Develop strategies to increase employee engagement, collaboration, resilience, and team performance.
  • Build confidence in leading through change and uncertainty.
  • Create an action plan to sustain a culture that attracts and retains talent.

You may attend the program, the workshop, or both.
The fee for members is $30 for the workshop and $30 for the program meeting, or a discounted rate of $50 if you attend both. 
If you have prepaid for program meetings, you can attend the workshop for only $20.
